What countries do you ship to?
We currently ship within Canada. If you’re outside of Canada and would like to place an order, send us a message—we’ll do our best to accommodate your request!

How do I return or exchange an item?

How long will it take to receive my refund?
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it within 6-8 business days and send you an email confirmation. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 4–8 business days.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
You may be able to change your shipping address, but only if your order has not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible with your updated address. However, we cannot guarantee that we’ll be able to make the change, as once your order has been shipped, we’re unable to modify the shipping address.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, providing photos of both the damaged item and its packaging. Once we review the details, we’ll arrange a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the situation.

How can I check my bracelet size?
To find your bracelet size, follow these steps:

- Ensure it feels snug but not tight.
- If using a string, mark where it overlaps and measure the length with a ruler.
If your measurement falls between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for a more comfortable fit.
